To open an account on the 55db platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and the deposited funds may not be returned.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change, please update them in your account. 55db will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 55db is ৳300. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. At the time of the withdrawal request, your account must have a sufficient balance and any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, 55db reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Identity verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts. This is done for your own protection.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at 55db, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, letting you start playing with ৳2,000 in total. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 15 times — applied only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
• 55db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be cancelled.

VIP Program & Rewards

The 55db VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You may be automatically promoted to the next tier based on your gaming activity and consistency. In any dispute regarding VIP benefits, the decision of 55db will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system strategically for gain (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to play.
• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account with a false identity or incorrect information.

55db has advanced security systems in place to detect such activities. Accounts may be temporarily suspended while any suspicious activity is under investigation.

Intellectual Property Rights
